1. Definitions

• "pyrelaneslane", "we", "us", "our" — the company operating this website and providing the products described herein.
• "User", "you" — any individual or organisation accessing this website or purchasing a pyrelaneslane product.
• "Products" — the Cost Model Template, Scenario Toolkit, and Bespoke Model Build services offered by pyrelaneslane.
• "Content" — all documents, templates, guides, models, and materials delivered as part of a pyrelaneslane product.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any order confirmation or engagement letter.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any pyrelaneslane product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Service Description

pyrelaneslane provides AI infrastructure cost modeling tools as information resources for planning and engineering teams. Our products include:

• Cost Model Template (RM 495): A single-seat planning template with usage guide and example scenarios.
• Scenario Toolkit (RM 2,050): A team licence (up to ten users) with scenario management, export functions, and a walkthrough guide.
• Bespoke Model Build (RM 4,450): A one-off tailored cost model delivered with discovery and handover sessions.

All products are information tools. They are not financial advice, audited forecasts, investment recommendations, or regulated financial instruments. pyrelaneslane does not hold any financial services licence in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use pyrelaneslane products solely for their intended purpose as internal planning and information resources. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicence pyrelaneslane products to third parties without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices in the delivered content
• Use the products in a way that implies they constitute financial, legal, or investment advice
• Use the website to transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content
• Attempt to access systems or data belonging to pyrelaneslane beyond what is necessary to use the purchased product

5. Intellectual Property

All content delivered as part of a pyrelaneslane product remains the intellectual property of pyrelaneslane unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase of a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for internal planning purposes within your organisation, subject to the seat limits specified at purchase.

For Bespoke Model Builds, the delivered model may incorporate pyrelaneslane's proprietary model architecture. A non-exclusive licence to use the delivered model internally is granted upon full payment. pyrelaneslane retains the right to use the underlying methodology and structural approach in other engagements.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms for each product are confirmed at the point of purchase or in the engagement letter for bespoke builds. pyrelaneslane reserves the right to withhold delivery of products until payment is received in full.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Cost Model Template and Scenario Toolkit, refunds are not available once access has been granted. For Bespoke Model Builds, the terms set out in the engagement letter govern cancellation and partial refund rights.

7. Disclaimers

pyrelaneslane's products are provided as information tools. Cost figures produced using our tools are estimates based on assumptions you supply or that are documented within the tool. We make no representation that the figures produced will accurately reflect your actual infrastructure costs.

Products are provided "as is". pyrelaneslane does not warrant that the products will be error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, or that the pricing benchmarks used in example scenarios reflect current market rates at the time you use the tool.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, pyrelaneslane's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. pyrelaneslane shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

pyrelaneslane may suspend or terminate your access to a product if you breach these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be due. You may cease using any product at any time. Your obligations regarding intellectual property and permitted use survive termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussion. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

pyrelaneslane may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
